Here's what I wore to my weekend/evening job on Friday....
A very cute top I got last year at the Brass Plum at Nordstrom, along with a long black/silver beaded necklace, stack of black plastic bracelets (hard to see but they're somewhat visible in top pic) and a big black/silver ring. Basic black slacks ( I must have 10 pairs of black slacks-the same and yet all just a bit different!) and you can't see them but my comfy, Mary-Jane style patent Danskos. I host in a restaurant on the weekends and after working there almost 11 years, I know which of my shoes are the best for a busy evening!
As difficult as it is to juggle a full-time job, part-time job and freelance writing business, I do love my weekend restaurant work. Its my social time, where I can chat up the customers, listen to music, drink a bit of wine and eat some lovely food. My bosses and co-workers are all awesome and fun, its a great place to work!
Anyway....for makeup, I used my

I'm still pretty much in love with this makeup kit, and there are quite a few colors I haven't even delved into yet!
Well, here's to another busy week! I'm hoping to start doing some spring shopping soon, and of course I'll post pics of my finds and see what kind of bargains I can scare up!
